USB cables contain valuable resources. Throwing them away because of a cable break is really too wasteful and burdens our planet.

We receive many repair requests. But a repair is often much more difficult than building a new cable. The fault must be found, not all cables are constructed the same inside, and the person repairing must improvise accordingly – this takes time.

Therefore, we base the prices on the respective new cable in 1 m length.

You can choose the color for your new connector. Lightning (iPhone) connectors receive the adapter. If the cable cannot be saved, we will build you a recable in the colors of your old cable and the connector color you have chosen!

Please note: We can only repair USB cables according to the USB 2.0 standard, i.e. with four or five wires in the cable (if it has 8 or more, unfortunately we do not have the suitable connectors).

Book a repair for your USB cable and send it in a large letter (named Großbrief by Deutsche Post) to:
