Shipping policy

Responsibility doesn’t stop with our cables. We ship your order in eco-friendly packaging and CO2-neutral – to Germany and worldwide.

Shipping Costs

We ship within Germany with DHL GoGreen for €4.90 – free for orders over €60. International shipping is available and costs between €12.90 and €18.90 to all countries via Deutsche Post GoGreen with tracking. There are no weight or price restrictions. 

Delivery Time

Usually, delivery time within Germany for recable from the standard collection is typically 3-5 business days, and custom cables (configurator) usually take 5–7 business days. Delivery time to all other countries is 7–10 business days. 

Climate-Neutral Shipping

We ship all letters and packages climate-neutrally with Deutsche Post/DHL GoGreen (certificate). Overseas shipments are offset through donations to climate protection projects (www.atmosfair.de).

Eco-Friendly Packaging

For packaging, we use grass paper, corn-based packing chips, and recyclable paper tape. We meet all packaging regulations and participate in the Dual System for packaging recycling (www.gruener-punkt.de).
