Collection: Blue-and-yellow macaw

recable Gelbbrustara, gelb-blau-grünes Kabel, recycelbares PET, Grafik
Blue-and-yellow macaws are widespread on the South American continent. The parrot species has a varied diet - various fruits, nuts and berries are on the menu. Because the blue-and-yellow macaw also eats poisonous plants, it regularly seeks out so-called clay licks. On the steep, clayey riverbanks, it absorbs minerals that serve to neutralize plant toxins.
